If you want to lose weight, cardio is critical. Maybe you are already doing aerobic activities. (Maybe you are just thinking about it.)

Cardio, also known as cardiovascular exercise, and aerobic exercise, is defined as the continuous rhythmic movement of large muscles.

Walking , jogging, cycling, stair climbing and swimming are all aerobic exercise examples.

Cardio gets your blood pumping and is essential for a healthy heart. Your heart is a muscle, and just like every other muscle in your body, it gets stronger with use.

Here is a reminder why having a healthy heart is important.
