Moving your body, can bring you so much pleasure and happiness. Think of all the wonderful things moving your body on a regular basis can do for you. Not only will you look better, you will feel amazing. It is time to start loving yourself so much that you exercise everyday. It is time to get that back, that pure enjoyment and love of moving. It is time to play. It is time to move.Do things you enjoy. Go for a walk in the park or the forest or the desert. Just walk and smile Ride your bike and notice the flowers and sunshine. Play tag. Freeze tag and kissing tag are always fun. Dance, really dance. Put on the music and move your body. Do as many push ups as you can just because it feels good to move your body. Go for a swim and enjoy the way your body feels gliding through the water. Get a Hula Hoop and move your hips. Play! What ever you do, have fun. When you enjoy your exercise you will stick to it. Sticking to it gets results. Speaking of results It is important to track the effectiveness of your exercise program. A great tool for tracking your progress is a bathroom scale.
